The Life of Man
Lecture series at the Faculty of Philosophy of PUST in the first semester of the Academic Year 20072008; it is part of the STOQ project.
This series of lectures highlights the theological, scientific and the philosophical aspects of man. It attempts to present a unique and integral image of man. The series of lectures, when attended altogether, will serve as a course in the Licentiate Program of the Faculties of Philosophy and Theology.
The lectures are held on Saturday mornings, 9.3011.15, with a break 10.1510.30.

- 17 November 2007: Prof. Luke Buckles OP, Man's Spiritual Yearnings.
- 24 November 2007: Prof. Charles Morerod OP, Man as a Contingent Cause-Author.
- 1 December 2007: Prof. Alfred Wilder OP, The Virtuously Educated Man.
- 15 December 2007: Prof. Stipe Jurić OP, Who is the Wise Man in the Old Testament?
- 12 January 2008: Prof. Walter Senner OP, Humanness in St. Thomas.
- 19 January 2008: Prof. Bogusław Kochaniewicz OP, Man, the Image of God.
- 26 January 2008: Prof. Albert Bagood OP, Man's Belief in Biology, in his Reason and in God.
- 9 February 2008, starting at 9.00: Oral exam, conducted by Prof. Albert Bagood OP.
Notes
- This lecture series is open to the Licentiate students of the Faculties of Philosophy and Theology of PUST, and to students enrolled in the 5th year of Master of Religious Sciences at the Institute Mater Ecclesiae at PUST.
- Only students who are officially enrolled in the University can have the right to participate in the oral exam and consequently earn academic credits.
- Guests will be most welcome to attend the lectures and may sit-in free of charge, but they can earn no credits.
- Enrolled students can miss not more than two lectures.
